By accessing or using Good Bunny, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Good Bunny is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to analyze dating profiles and provide recommendations based on your preferences. The service includes:

• AI-powered profile analysis
• Customizable preference settings
• Optional auto-apply feature
• Usage tracking and limits

3. Eligibility

To use Good Bunny, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid account on a supported dating platform (Tinder)
• Comply with the terms of service of those platforms
• Provide accurate information when creating an account

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Good Bunny. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a one-time trial of 10 profile analyses. The trial cannot be reset or renewed.

Paid Subscription

• Good Bunny Pro costs $20 per month
• Subscribers receive 1,000 profile analyses per month
• A daily cap of 30 analyses applies to protect your dating account
• Unused analyses do not roll over to the next month

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Good Bunny for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to access our service beyond the extension
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Use Good Bunny to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Violate the terms of service of dating platforms

7. Third-Party Platforms

Good Bunny is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Bumble, or any other dating platform. Your use of Good Bunny is at your own risk.

You acknowledge that using automation tools may violate the terms of service of dating platforms, and we are not responsible for any consequences, including account suspension or termination on those platforms.

8. AI Limitations

Good Bunny uses artificial intelligence to analyze profiles. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of compatibility
• AI may make errors or miss important information
• You are responsible for your own dating decisions
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our service

9. Intellectual Property

Good Bunny and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Good Bunny is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Good Bunny.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Bunny and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
